Expect requests for supporting records

A claim may require more than medical bills. Depending on the losses involved, we may request wage information, receipts, photographs of activities or details about help you need at home. Keep original documents and identify estimates as estimates.

We may ask you to review written information carefully. Read the complete document before signing and tell us about anything inaccurate or unclear.

Expect timing to vary
