This app replaces all previous versions.
This is our next-generation California Accident App. If you have an earlier version, save or export any important information and original files first, then remove the old app and use or install this version.

The California
Accident App
Be prepared. Stay organized.
Know your next step.
An accident can turn your day upside down. Keep the details together, understand what to do next, and put our law firm within reach.
THE TOOLS THAT MATTER
From “what happened?”
to “what comes next?”
Practical tools for the scene, the days afterward, and your first conversation with our office.
Keep a personal pain log
Record dated pain levels from 0–10, symptoms, treatment, and effects on sleep, work, and daily activities. Edit entries, export your log, or choose to share it with our firm. Entries stay on your device until you share them.
Document your accident
Record the date, location, incident details, injuries, witnesses, insurance information, and police report number. Notes save as you type.
Keep your evidence together
Save JPEG, PNG, or WebP photos on your device. Download original files, export a backup, and restore it when needed. Keep your originals too.
Put your losses in order
Calculate missed wages and total the expenses you enter. Keep medical payments and insurance limits separate from the expense subtotal.
Know your next steps
Use practical accident checklists and guides to organize evidence, medical records, and information for your consultation.
Connect with our firm
Call, email, explore our attorney profile, or use the existing firm AI chat assistant. Office chat requires an internet connection.
Back up and take it with you
Save your accident report or pain log to your computer or device, share through supported phone apps, or choose to send information to our firm. A full backup includes saved notes, pain-log entries, and photos. Your device data does not automatically sync across devices.
Ask California injury questions
Ask the AI assistant general California injury questions. Answers require internet and may be incorrect; they do not replace advice from an attorney.
Explore case-value factors
Organize facts and reported losses for a preliminary AI assessment of the factors affecting a claim. An attorney must evaluate the evidence; no reliable dollar estimate or outcome is promised.
Request a consultation with files
Request a free consultation inside the app. Your saved accident report, pain log, and photos are filled in and selected for review. Remove anything you do not want to send, complete your name, email and phone, and submit with consent. You receive a reference number. Larger photo collections are sent as optimized review copies in a photo PDF; keep your originals.
YOUR PHONE. YOUR COMPUTER. YOUR CHOICE.

A FEW THINGS TO KNOW
Before you get started.
What should I do if I have an older version?
This next-generation app replaces all previous versions. Save or export your important information and original files from the earlier app before removing it. Then open or install this version. Data does not automatically transfer from an older app.
Do I need an app store or an account?
No. Open the app directly in your browser. You can use the device tools without creating an account, and installation is optional. This page replaces the old app-store download links.
Where are my notes, pain log, and photos stored?
Your notes, pain log, and photos are stored locally on your device unless you export them or send them to our law office. Before clearing browser or site data, or removing the app, save a full backup or transmit the information you want our firm to receive. Keep a full backup to restore your information later, and keep your original photos.
What works without an internet connection?
After the app has loaded online and offline caching is available, saved notes, pain-log entries, photos, calculators, and guides can be used offline. Office chat, AI services, and sending information require internet. Test offline access on your device before relying on it.
Can I send photographs and documents to the firm?
Yes. Open Request a Free Consultation, review your automatically included saved report, pain log, and photos, and remove anything you do not want to send. Name, email, phone, consent, and some case information are required. JPEG, PNG, WebP and PDF are supported. Up to six uploaded files, 4 MB each and 6 MB for the complete submission; larger saved photo collections can be grouped into an optimized photo PDF. Your submission is stored in the private office inbox; our firm receives a notification link and you receive a reference number. Keep your originals. Files are not automatically sent to AI.
Can I share my pain log with the firm?
Yes. Open My Pain Log and choose Share with Our Firm or Share Entry. Review the consultation form and review the selected pain-log option before submitting. Sharing is optional; entries are not automatically sent to our office or to AI. You can also export the log for your own records. A pain log records your observations and does not diagnose a condition or replace medical care.
Does using the app make the firm my attorney?
No. Using the app, chatting, or making an inquiry does not create an attorney-client relationship. Representation requires an agreement with the firm. AI can make mistakes, and case outcomes cannot be guaranteed.
BE READY. STAY ORGANIZED.
